At Trihaa, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner with reputed national couriers.
We currently deliver to all major locations across India. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday and Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Irrespective of the standard shipping times mentioned, please note remote pin codes take longer to deliver.
As soon as your package ships, we will intimate you via mail. Each order can be shipped to a single destination address only. If you wish to ship merchandise to different addresses, please place separate orders.
We make our best efforts to dispatch each order within 1-2 working days of the order.
We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Fridays), excluding public holidays. Typically all Mumbai deliveries are completed within 2 days of dispatch and outside Mumbai deliveries are completed within 4-5 days post shipment, excluding the date of shipping. If you believe that the order is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the order, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and
email us at info@trihaa.com, mentioning both your order reference number and photo(s) of the package. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
You can buy with confidence. If you change your mind you can return them to us at the below mentioned address for complete refund. Please note, the cost of return shipping would be borne by you.
