The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Bangalore. The High Court of judicature at Bangalore alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.
1.4 Your Account: If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Trihaa does facilitate the sale of products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. Trihaa reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
