Mango Cooler
What You Need
Serves 4
2 Medium sized raw mangoes
1/2 cup Trihaa Sugarcane Jaggery Powder/Gur Powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
Black Salt as per taste
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
10 mint leaves (pudina)
Chilled Water
Ice cubes
Preparation
Rinse the raw mangoes and place them on a wired mesh on the gas. Roast until the skin is completely charred and the mangoes are well-cooked from inside.
Place the roasted raw mangoes in a foil. Close and let them cool. Remove the peel and keep the pulp aside.
In a blender, add mango pulp, black salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder and TRIHAA Sugarcane Jaggery Powder and blend.
Add the paste to a pitcher. Pour chilled water and ice cubes. Garnish with mint leaves and serve in glasses.
